The location is superb, really close to the metro! the staff was always smiling and ready to help. leaving luggage was easy and secure. the rooftop pool is such a good bonus. It's the cherry on top!

my stay had some downsides. the lack of proper storage was really inconvenient. i had difficulty keeping my clothes organized because there was no wardrobe or drawers. the noise was also an issue since i could hear sounds from outside and the nearby metro (it was disturbing).

i found the staff friendly. they were always ready to help with directions. the hotel had a rooftop pool, it was nice. the location was central. i could easily walk to several shopping malls.
the breakfast choices were somewhat limited. it felt repetitive after a few days. i did wish for more variety.

The rooftop pool offered a relaxing experience with clean water, though it is not large. There were enough sun loungers and shaded areas. there is a water dispenser on each floor. this made refilling water bottles very convenient.
